Carry In Service
Walk in business is always welcome. Within 24 hours of dropping off your printing equipment, one of our experienced technicians will notify you with the diagnosis and cost of repair.
On Site Service
Our technicians stay up to date with current imaging technologies in order to fix your products right the first time. We provide, hassle-free, fast, on-site response. Trucks are stocked with high mortality parts allowing most calls to be completed on the first visit.
Service Plans
Quarterly Maintenance Plan
Printer Solutions will dispatch a technician once per quarter to perform a thorough cleaning and performance evaluation of the printers in your office.
The fee for this service is $95.00 per quarter for up to five printers and only $5.00 per printer after five.
Your office will be put on a computerized tracking schedule and we will call you the day prior to set up an appointment for the service.
If the technician determines that the printer requires any part replacement, you will not be charged any additional labor fees. Simply the cost of the required part.

Service Agreement
Our Service Agreement is designed for the Mid to Large-sized Business.
Printers are essential to everyone's work environment, and are worthless if not operational. Printer down time is enough of a problem in itself; there is no reason to make it more complicated.
To help with this, Printer Solutions offers a Service Agreement to help with the untimely expense of printer repair.
